All conference activities take place at UGent’s Campus Coupure, Coupure Links 653, 9000 Gent. The conference dinner (Wednesday at 19h30) takes place at Brasserie Pakhuis in the historical city centre.

You can physically register at the Welcome Desk on the morning of Monday July 6th, or on Wednesday July 8th between 13h30 and 15h00. The Welcome Desk is found in Agora, which is the foyer located between the auditorium Oehoe and the Resto, on the ground floor of Block E at campus Coupure of Ghent University. Weather permitting, you may also find the Welcome Desk in the central garden, enclosed by Blocks E and A.
We hope you join us on Monday afternoon (17h15–19h30) for some complimentary welcome cocktails. These will be served either in Block E (Agora), or (in case of good weather) in the central garden..
All invited and contributed talks take place in Auditorium E2 (room code E1.012). This auditorium is situated on the first floor of Block E, on the northern side. There are no parallel sessions.
Twice per day, a coffee break is provided by Patinnerie, and is included in the price of the conference registration. These breaks take place either in Block E or in the central garden.
At 13h every day, lunch is provided by Luncherie. This healthy lunch is served in Block E or in the central garden, and is included in the price of the conference registration. There are plenty of vegetarian options.
The conference dinner on the evening of Wednesday July 8th is the only activity that does not take place at Campus Coupure, and the only activity that is not included in your registration by default. If you did register for the conference dinner, we will be expecting you at 19h30 in a beautiful restaurant in the historic centre of the city of Ghent called Brasserie Pakhuis in Schuurkenstraat 4, 9000 Ghent. We will ask your menu choices when registering at the Welcome Desk. There are vegetarian and non-alcoholic options.
There are two meetings planned during this conference for members of the steering committee: the IFIP meeting (Tuesday evening at 17h30), and the meeting of the ACRI steering committee (Thursday evening at 17h15). Both take place in Auditorium E2 – the same place where the lectures happen.
