All conference activities take place at UGent’s Campus Coupure, Coupure Links 653, 9000 Gent. The conference dinner takes place in the historical city centre. Details are found in the tabs below. You may scroll down to find some visual impressions in the image galleries.

You can physically register at the Welcome Desk on the morning of Monday July 6th, or on Wednesday July 8th at noon. The Welcome Desk is found in Agora, which is the foyer located between the auditorium Oehoe and the Resto, both in Block E of campus Coupure of Ghent University.
All invited and contributed talks take place in the same auditorium. There are no parallel sessions.

The auditorium is currently not yet decided, as it depends on the number of attendants.
At midday, lunch is provided at Resto Campus Coupure. This healthy and excellent university restaurant is also located in Block E. Lunch is included in the price of the conference registration. There are plenty of vegetarian options.
The conference dinner on the evening of Wednesday July 8th is the only activity that does not take place at Campus Coupure, but at a restaurant in the historic centre of the city of Ghent. Make sure to book your dinner during your registration, as it is not by default included in the conference price.
